This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from any location within California. You will be part of a collaborative team that meets virtually to share insights, strategies, and support. While you will primarily work independently, you will also have regular opportunities to connect with colleagues for case review and professional development.

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on their goals for healing, growth, and personal development.
• Continually enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education, workshops, and participation in professional organizations.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Actively participating in team meetings to discuss case management, share best practices, and contribute to organizational improvements.
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary modifications to care plans based on assessment and feedback.

You will be providing care to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to express themselves freely and work toward personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, ensuring efficient and accurate documentation.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, showcasing familiarity with online counseling dynamics and client engagement techniques.
• Knowledge of integrated care approaches and the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Specialized training or certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
