Tile Installer – Full-Time 

Boise, ID | Monday–Friday | $30.00/hour DOE

We're currently looking for a Full-Time Tile Installer to join our Boise team. If you take pride in delivering beautiful finished work, enjoy working independently, and are committed to exceeding customer expectations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Tile Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality backsplash and tile installations while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install tile backsplashes and other tile projects with precision and attention to detail
  • Read and interpret custom layouts and installation plans
  • Prepare surfaces, including waterproofing, drywall repair, and other necessary prep work
  • Remove existing tile when required
  • Ensure all installations meet FLOFORM's quality standards
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and business clients throughout the installation process
  • Coordinate with the office team to resolve job site concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of tile installation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand detailed installation layouts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel to customer homes and businesses throughout the service area
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
