Tiling & Ceramics Subcontractor – London, ON

We are currently seeking experienced tiling and ceramics subcontractors for ongoing residential renovation projects in London, Ontario, and surrounding areas.

Scope of Work
  • Installation of ceramic, porcelain, and tile flooring

  • Tile installation for tub surrounds, showers, and backsplashes

  • Surface preparation (substrate prep, waterproofing, leveling as required)

  • Grouting, sealing, and finishing work

  • Repairs or replacement of existing tile as needed

  • Set pricing provided per scope of work

  • Most materials supplied by us (tile, thinset, grout, and standard materials; specialty items may be excluded)

  • Maintaining a clean and safe job site

  • Professional communication with clients and project managers

Work Area
  • London, ON and nearby communities

Requirements
  • Registered business in Ontario

  • Valid WSIB clearance certificate

  • General liability insurance (minimum $2M recommended)

  • Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

  • Minimum 2 years of residential tile installation experience
