About Casey's Creative Kitchens

At Casey's Creative Kitchens, we believe kitchens are the backdrop of life, where morning routines, family dinners, and lasting memories are made. For over 48 years, we've been designing and crafting custom cabinetry across Southwestern Ontario, guided by one simple principle: form follows function.

From design and custom cabinetry to stone countertop fabrication, we offer a complete approach to transforming spaces. Now in our second generation of family ownership, we've grown to an 82,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and a team of 100+ skilled professionals, all while staying true to the values the company has been built on. If you're looking to be part of a team that takes real pride in their craft, we'd love to hear from you.

Where You Come In

Just as every kitchen is custom designed, every project requires thoughtful coordination behind the scenes. As our Stone Project Coordinator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our stone projects move seamlessly from order to installation.

Working closely with our Cabinet Project Coordinators, Operations team, suppliers, installers, and customers, you'll help keep projects on track by coordinating schedules, ordering materials, communicating updates, and adapting to changing timelines. Your organization, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service will help create an experience that's just as impressive as the finished product.

What You'll Do

As our Stone Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and schedule stone countertop installations.
  • Work closely with Cabinet Project Coordinators to align overall project timelines.
  • Order stone materials through supplier portals and issue purchase orders using SAP.
  • Answer questions and provide updates to customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate service appointments and warranty work when needed.
  • Assist customers with stone selections for stone-only projects.
  • Coordinate scheduling and installation for stone-only sales.
  • Liaise with Operations regarding schedules, project changes, and installation timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project information and documentation throughout each project.
  • Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is highly organized and enjoys keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Communicates professionally and confidently with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and follows through on commitments.
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
  • Works well independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Is comfortable learning new software and using computer systems.
  • Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, customer service, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the construction, cabinetry, stone, renovation, or home building industry is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

What We Offer

  • Fair and competitive wages
  • A culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • A collaborative team committed to community involvement and giving back
  • The opportunity to grow with a well-established, family-owned company
  • Health Spending Account
  • Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance
  • RRSP Matching Program
  • Paid vacation time
  • Paid sick time
  • Safety Boot/Shoe Reimbursement Program
