What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
  • Handle reservations, room requests, and guest questions
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and upgrades
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
  • Process payments, cash handling, and guest account charges
  • Answer phones, messages, and guest requests professionally
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and fun front desk environment
  • Follow hotel safety, security, and guest service standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Hotel or customer service experience is a plus
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
