Ticket Sales ManagerPosition Summary
The Stockton Hockey Club is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Ticket Sales Manager to lead the
organization's season ticket and group sales efforts. This position will be responsible for generating revenue through the
sale of season ticket memberships, group outings, premium seating, and fan experience packages while delivering
exceptional customer service and building strong community relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, sales experience, and a passion for sports and live
entertainment. This individual will play a key role in establishing the club's ticket sales culture and growing attendance
throughout the season.
Primary ResponsibilitiesTicket Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Generate revenue through the sale of:
    • Full and partial season ticket memberships
    • Group ticket packages
    • Premium seating and hospitality packages
    • Specialty and themed ticket promotion
  • Prospect and develop new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events
  • Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, appointments, and customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Assist in creating and implementing ticket sales campaigns and promotional strategies

Account Management & Customer Service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with season ticket holders, group leaders, and community organizations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and timely communication to all clients
  • Coordinate renewal campaigns and retention efforts for existing ticket holders
  • Handle ticket inquiries, exchanges, and game-day service needs
  • Develop creative fan experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Leadership & Operations
  • Assist in overseeing ticket office operations and game-day ticketing functions
  • Support and help train ticket sales representatives, interns, and game-day staff
  • Work closely with marketing, community relations, and corporate partnerships departments to maximize ticket revenue opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, projections, and performance updates for management
  • Assist with implementation of group experiences, hospitality events, and promotional nights

Community Engagement
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and team appearances
  • Develop relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, businesses, and community groups to drive
    attendance

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of ticket sales, sports sales, or related business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Speaking/Upstanding (Spanish & English) a bonus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the team schedule
