Job description

EyeQ Monitoring is the fastest growing provider of remote video surveillance and business intelligence in the U.S. From our Command Center in Marietta, GA, we deliver real-time security, loss prevention, and operational insights for commercial clients across the country.
We're building a team of operators, problem-solvers, and builders who take ownership, move with urgency, and care deeply about delivering results- for our customers and for each other. As we continue to scale, we're looking for sales leaders who can build high-performing teams, drive revenue, and create structure in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
We're looking for a Divisional Sales Manager - Automotive to drive revenue growth within one of our key verticals. This role is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while implementing a disciplined, methodology-driven sales approach.
You'll own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall team performance-while partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader company objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit top talent, coach to performance, and scale a sales function in a high-growth environment.
Here at EyeQ, people matter. Any new team members we bring on have to live and breathe our core values, just like we do.
  • We value trusted partnerships.
We believe in transparent, reliable, and growing relationships with our team and customers-and we turn away people and businesses that don't fit.
  • We build to last.
We focus on long-term solutions and spend the time upfront to ensure our work is done right the first time.
  • We take the hill.
We lean into challenges, push into new technology frontiers, and solve problems others avoid. We value speed, ownership, and people we trust to run toward the hard things together.
  • We enjoy the journey.
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We're proud of what we're building and the team we get to build it with.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a strategic sales plan that drives incremental revenue aligned to company goals
  • Implement and coach a methodology-based selling approach across the team
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of high-performing direct sales representatives
  • Lead onboarding and training for new sales team members
  • Own pipeline management and forecasting accuracy across your division
  • Provide ongoing coaching (virtual and in-person) to improve individual and team performance
  • Establish and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align sales efforts with broader business objectives
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement resources, tools, and training for the team

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and pipeline/forecast management
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and scale sales talent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in remote video monitoring, security, or related industries
