Through our family of brands, we bring together industry expertise, technology, and data-driven insights to help dealers strengthen their finance and insurance performance and build lasting relationships with their customers.

Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve.

We are looking for a District Manager to support and grow relationships with automotive dealership partners within an assigned territory. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner—helping dealerships improve F&I performance, increase product penetration, strengthen processes, and drive long-term business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall performance
  • Support dealership groups and larger accounts in partnership with other District Managers

F&I Performance & Training

  • Conduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teams
  • Demonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings effectively
  • Conduct performance reviews, competency testing, and follow-up coaching
  • Support implementation and training initiatives related to APCO tools and programs

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Conduct dealership opportunity analysis and develop action plans for improvement
  • Present recommendations and business strategies to dealership executives and owners
  • Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support development of new dealer relationships through networking and referrals

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain activity tracking and reporting within HubSpot
  • Ensure compliance with dealership, industry, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage territory priorities effectively while meeting established KPIs and goals
What Makes You Successful

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a strong relationship builder who enjoys helping dealerships improve performance and drive results. You’re comfortable working consultatively, identifying opportunities, and influencing decision-makers at multiple levels.

You’re also highly self-motivated and thrive in a field-based environment where you can balance training, sales support, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive finance management, sales management, or dealership operations
  • Experience working in automotive F&I, vendor services, training, or related environments
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive training, advertising, banking, or vendor partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Experience presenting to dealership leadership and ownership groups
This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Enjoy helping dealerships improve performance and profitability
  • Thrive in relationship-driven environments
  • Like combining training, consulting, and business development
  • Are motivated by autonomy, growth, and results
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation package including performance based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • A collaborative and performance-driven sales environment
