Position:                             Ticket Operations & Services Intern

Department:                       Ticket Operations

Status:                                Intern (Non-Exempt)

Duration:                             Temporary - Runs through the end of the 2026 Charlotte FC season, to include potential playoffs.

Position Summary

This position will support the Ticket Operations and Ticket Services departments with day-to-day tasks, including administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, interacting with other departments, and overall contributing to the organization’s function.  The position will comprehensively overview all Ticket Operations/Services areas.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Ticket Operations Responsibilities:

  • Gain familiarity and utilize the Ticketmaster system including Archtics, TM1 and Account Manager
  • Assist in the processing and establishment of season, group, and single match accounts. This is done through new sales, transfers, exchanges, and upgrades of tickets.
  • Provide support in the areas of ticket resolution, customer service, and walk-up sales on Match Days in the box office for Charlotte FC and Crown Legacy FC.

 

Ticket & Premium Services Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting fans with inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Assist with current season ticket member accounts by being the liaison between the club and the fan.
  • Execute initiatives outside of the office on both game days and at non-gameday events.
  • Assist Premium Services team in execution of match day duties, Suite and Suite Club member events, concierge staff duties and specialized member amenity programs.
  • Assist in various logistics required for stadium events, including but not limited to:
  • General Setup (ex - roster cards, suite inspections)
  • Prepare Platinum Access Lobby staff folders.
  • Suite Visits
  • Identifying any event maintenance needs

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to group contacts to sell Theme Nights and Group Initiatives with Charlotte FC and Crown Legacy FC.
  • Assisting the Groups sales team on Group Initiatives on both gamedays and events held outside of gameday for Charlotte FC and Crown Legacy FC.
  • Attending all sales and service training sessions.
  • Assist in Charlotte FC Sales events for Season Tickets, Group Tickets, and Service events.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties include filing, answering phones, and providing overall support to the Ticketing Department.
  • Manual labor is sometimes required (in-suite/ gift or supply delivery, event implementation, etc.)
  • Assist with all aspects of Tepper Sports and Entertainment including Bank of America Stadium events, Crown Legacy FC and Carolina Panthers games as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A college degree or actively pursuing a college degree.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Charlotte Football Club. and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must pass Pre-Employment Screenings.

  • Detail Oriented. Must be able to multi-task without frustration.

Physical Requirements

  • Walking throughout the stadium, which may include stairs.
