This role serves as a central operational and sales support resource for all ticket revenue functions, including Ticket Sales and Membership, supporting efforts across group sales, memberships, and premium products. The position supports execution of scalable group sales programs and targeted outreach initiatives, while also contributing to broader sales operations, lead management, and game day execution.
This position plays a critical role in lead management, sales enablement, and overall ticketing operations, while also serving as a key cross-functional point of contact between Ticket Sales and Membership, Venue Operations, Event Management, and Spurs Sports & Entertainment partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute within a revenue-driven sales environment. This role is designed to support revenue generation through scalable programs and operational execution, rather than traditional individual sales responsibilities.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in ticket sales, service, marketing, or related field
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, and Archtics preferred
  • Experience with Spinzo, Fevo or similar group sales platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do:
  • Support the daily operations of the Ticket Sales and Membership teams by coordinating departmental initiatives, maintaining and distributing sales and membership collateral, supporting internal communications, coordinating departmental resources, assisting with operational needs, and contributing to the achievement of overall ticket revenue goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee the operational execution of the San Antonio FC Fan Experience Program, while supporting assigned group sales programs and targeted outreach campaigns across key audience segments, including educators, military, corporate partners, youth organizations, and community groups.
  • Coordinate and execute sales, prospecting, community, networking, and off-site events that promote San Antonio FC, generate ticket sales opportunities, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Ticket Sales and Membership team, Venue Operations, Event Management, Procurement, and the San Antonio Spurs Group Sales team to coordinate ticket-related initiatives, event logistics, and the ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of sales and membership collateral, Fan Experience Program assets, promotional items, and event supplies.
  • Build and manage ticket offers, landing pages, and promotional campaigns through Spinzo, Fevo and other digital sales platforms to support group sales programs, targeted outreach initiatives, and overall ticket revenue efforts. Support CRM management, lead distribution, reporting, ticketing system administration, and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies to enhance the effectiveness of the Ticket Sales and Membership teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall departmental success.
