Job description

The Atlanta Gladiators are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our in-season internship program as a Service and Sales Intern during the 2026-27 Gladiators season. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the Archtics ticketing system and FEVO, while learning the fundamentals of ticket operations, sales, and game day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticketing System Expertise - Develop a strong foundational knowledge of Archtics and FEVO to assist with ticket sales, inventory management, and event setup.
  • Ticket Inventory Management - Maintain an organized and up-to-date ticket inventory to ensure smooth sales and distribution.
  • Sales & Strategy Collaboration - Work alongside the Manager of Service and Retention to create and execute innovative ticketing strategies.
  • Mobile Ticketing & Troubleshooting - Gain a strong working knowledge of the mobile ticketing platform and assist fans in resolving ticket-related issues.
  • Game Day Operations - Assist with will-call distribution and troubleshooting customer needs at the box office.
  • Client Support & Customer Service - Provide excellent service at the will-call window, via phone, and in person, ensuring fans have a seamless ticketing experience.
  • CRM & Account Management - Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM and update customer accounts as needed.
  • Payment & Sales Processing - Assist with ticket sales, payment processing, and managing will-call pickup.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Archtics ticketing system is preferred.
  • Prior experience using FEVO is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot client issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Interest in sports business, ticket sales, and servicing.

Internship Requirements:

  • All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this time.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends within the students designated credit hour requirement when necessary.
  • All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship position.
  • Internships are open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors receiving college credit.
  • Internships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportation.
  • Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Gladiators upon completion.
  • Be able to maintain confidential information.
