Job description

The Role
We're looking for a General Manager who runs a great restaurant-every shift, every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, building a strong team, and delivering fast, consistent, high-quality guest experiences. You'll own the business as if it were your own.
What You'll Own
1. Restaurant Performance
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Manage key metrics: labor %, food cost, throughput, and waste
  • Deliver consistent results-not just good days

2. Shift Execution & Throughput
  • Lead from the front during peak hours
  • Ensure fast, accurate service and strong line flow
  • Maintain ticket times and throughput standards

3. Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Build and coach Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers
  • Create a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership

4. Guest Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Address issues in real time and recover the experience
  • Use feedback to improve operations

5. Operational Standards
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times
  • Execute systems and processes consistently
  • Be audit-ready every day

What You Bring
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or QSR preferred)
  • Experience running high-volume shifts ($1M-$3M+ annual volume typical)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results
  • Strong work ethic-you're comfortable being on your feet and in the action
  • Ability to manage both people and numbers
