Job description

Summary Manage the day to day operations of the athletic ticket office. Career Readiness Competencies: Communication Professionalism Teamwork Essential Functions Provide optimum customer service at all times. Assist in season ticket sales, renewals, and mailings.

Communication with fans via phone, email, text, and in-person to answer questions and sell tickets. Execution of game day ticketing sales and distribution. Manage and coordinate all charitable donation requests.

Fulfill athletic department ticket requests. Player pass list/compliance management using Jumpforward website. Utilization of Paciolan computerized ticketing software and Salesforce CRM.

Other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales Coordinator and Ticket Operations Coordinator. Minimum Qualifications Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills required. Comfortable talking on the phone with customers.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to handle money and make change quickly and accurately. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
