JOB SUMMARY

TheAssistantAdministrativeCoordinatorisresponsibleforsupporting thedaily completionof allpayroll, scheduling, and communication functions of the Ski & Ride School. This positionprimarilyassiststhe AdministrativeManagerin completing organizational tasks but will also serve as support forother areas of operation in the Ski & Ride School. The person in this position must be highly organized, attentive to detail,service-oriented, and excellent withpeople.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Primary function is to provide administrative support to the Director and Snowsports Leadership Team toinclude;

  • Perform payroll support functions and coordinate the process withtheAdministrativeManager.

  • Assistwith all staff communications.

  • Enter datainto the Snowsports scheduling softwareandensure that information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Assistin supervisingsales staff at the SRS front sales desk.

  • Monitor all presales of Snowsports productsdaily on the website. Communicate with the management team on sales levels to helpfacilitatestaffing.

  • Run sales and service reports for Snowsports. Maintain and update instructor schedules and records.

  • Act asa central pointof contact and an information hub for the staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.
