Job description

Cedarbrook Sauna + Steam is a second-generation family-owned manufacturer of premium cedar saunas and sauna components. Since 1971, we've been building and shipping traditional sauna kits, heaters, accessories, and custom cedar products throughout North America.

We're looking for an Operations & Production Manager to help oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinate production schedules, and support continued company growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping projects moving. Needs to be located within the greater north Seattle area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production schedules and workflow
  • Coordinate manufacturing priorities and delivery timelines
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders and project status
  • Work directly with production staff to ensure projects stay on track
  • Improve shop organization, efficiency, and processes
  • Assist with purchasing, materials coordination, and inventory planning
  • Support general business operations and project management
