Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our extended stay hotel operations for hotel locations in the Western US.
As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of District Manager professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development. This position requires 75% plus overnight travel and remote work.

Duties:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to district managers and hotel teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
