Tenacity is seeking a full-time On-Site Operations Manager in Seatle, Washington. Employment under this position is contingent upon Tenacity Solutions' successful award of the contract.
Duties:
The On-Site Manager will ensure the daily provision of supplies, mail, shipping/receiving, scanning, and photocopying, mail delivery, light moving and general labor. Services will also include minor equipment assembly and repair, road-ready preparation of fleet vehicles, property management support operations; and in-house graphics services for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10. The service will include, but are not limited to:

(2) Supply Operations
(3) Copier Operations
(4) Property Operations
(5) In-house Graphics Services
(6) Shipping and Receiving
(7) Service Operations
(8) Fleet management Support - 10 Seattle Vehicles
(9) Fleet Management Support All Vehicles (63)
(10) Procurement Liability
(11) Physical Security Requirements
(12) Reporting Requirements
(13) Contract Scalability
The On-Site Manager will also be responsible for:
- Staff scheduling and leave approval
- Quality control inspections
- Customer service coordination
- Monthly reporting
- Safety oversight
- Transition management
- Ensuring continuity of operations during staff absences
Experience Requirements
Lead/On-Site Manager: At least five years’ experience overseeing personnel performing all required facilities support services, including mail operations, conference room setups, copy/print production, graphics support, personal property, operations support and fleet vehicle support.
- Demonstrated ability to administratively manage, track and report performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience managing support service contracts for similar size federal facilities.
Note: The years’ experience can be met using one job or a combination of jobs so long as it demonstrates the requirement and when totaling the number of months add up to the total years of experience requested.
Status: U.S. citizenship or Alien Registration that authorizes them to work in the U.S
Allocation: Full time, 40 hours per week
Duty Hours: All work, unless otherwise specified, will be performed during normal building occupancy hours (6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at the EPA offices.
