  • Support People & Culture programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, inclusion and belonging, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement opportunities, including community volunteer events, team celebrations, recognition programs, and office-based activities.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to strengthen culture, foster collaboration, and improve the employee experience.
  • Manage employee swag and gifting programs, including new hire welcome kits, service anniversaries, milestone celebrations, recognition initiatives, and company-wide gifts.
  • Source, order, and distribute swag and gifts while managing vendor relationships, inventory levels, and budget considerations.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, including service anniversaries, birthdays, employee milestones, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Support the administration and promotion of employee feedback and engagement programs, including pulse surveys and company-wide engagement surveys.

  • Serve as the employee-facing point of contact for questions related to office operations, parking, HR processes, and company programs.
  • Own the promotion, internal transfer, and offer letter process - drafting documentation, tracking approvals, and ensuring alignment with policy across management and People & Culture.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new hires, from offer acceptance through the first week of employment, ensuring a compliant, engaging, and well-coordinated experience.
  • Support internal communications by drafting decks, announcements, and newsletters, maintaining People & Culture content on company platforms, and sharing key updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding checklists, and documentation within confidential People & Culture files and systems.
