Overview

Patio Enclosures - Regional Operations Manager

Patio Enclosures is the nation's top producer and installer of sunrooms & patios and is a subsidiary of Great Day Improvements, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling industry. We are currently seeking a driven and proactive people manager to lead our branch operations in the Pacific Northwest region.

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the process from contract to completion of project. This position maintains communications with our customers throughout the life of the project and is responsible for all project P&L. The role will also be responsible for obtaining permits, material ordering, managing and scheduling subcontractors, and all installation scheduling. In unison with the Regional Manager, the OM is responsible for planning revenue/profitability and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Day to day Operations Management of multiple locations
  • Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
  • Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
  • Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
  • Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
  • Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
  • Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
  • Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
  • Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
  • Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
  • Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
  • Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
  • P&L responsibility preferred.
  • Experienced in team building and management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be process oriented.
  • Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills are required.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
  • Must be competent in the use of technology; experience with MS Excel a plus.
  • Must be able to travel (drive) to the all locations regularly

COMPENSATION:

Expected base salary of $110,000 – $130,000 per year w/strong additional performance-based bonus potential as well as car & phone allowance
