• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, identifying their unique mental health needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific challenges and aspirations, adjusting strategies as needed based on their progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in individual therapy sessions with adult clients, focusing on solution-oriented approaches that promote healing and personal growth.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using our secure teletherapy platform, ensuring clients receive quality care irrespective of geographical barriers.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, leveraging strong clinical judgment to assess and manage high-risk situations effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health care and regulatory standards.

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of adult clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills to effectively connect with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• A caring and empathetic demeanor, characterized by compassion and a focus on empowering clients through their therapeutic journeys.
• Proficiency in organizational skills and time management to handle caseload efficiently while ensuring quality care.
• A clean disciplinary history with no past actions against licensure.
