Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, including intake interviews and psychological evaluations, to understand your clients' mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, ensuring effective and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing both solution-focused techniques and other evidence-based methodologies to help clients progress.
• Utilize virtual therapy tools to facilitate effective communication and treatment delivery during remote sessions.
• Monitor client progress continuously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring immediate support is available for clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health care and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Elevate Therapy, your client base will be diverse, encompassing adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe space for clients to express their struggles, set their goals, and work towards achieving them while addressing the unique needs of individuals seeking mental health support.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• No record of disciplinary actions or ethical violations in your professional history.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy services and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Background in crisis intervention and skills in de-escalation techniques.
• Prior experience working in a community health setting or an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients in such environments.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, based on caseload and experience.
