Position Overview

Elevate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role is designed for licensed professionals—including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)—who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas of concern.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to align goals and therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver individual therapy to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic methodologies, adapting techniques based on each client's progress.
• Employ teletherapy tools to facilitate effective virtual sessions, ensuring technology is leveraged to enhance accessibility for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating swift and appropriate responses to clients in high-risk situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain at the forefront of mental health practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management to maintain a consistent therapy schedule.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and innovative treatment models.
• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus, as it provides context for the diverse needs of our client base.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload.
