Requirements


  • Make outbound calls to consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a professional manner
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Document all interactions and account activities accurately in the system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Handle disputes or inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow all company and client guidelines to ensure legal and ethical collection practices

What We're Looking For:
