The Vision Therapy Manager is the clinical and operational leader of a forward-thinking vision therapy program. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the clinical expert and go-to resource for all things vision therapy
  • Partner with Optometrists and leadership to drive exceptional patient care and innovative treatment planning
  • Provide hands-on vision therapy to patients, guiding them through life-changing journeys
  • Lead, coach, and mentor your team to reach new heights of professional growth and clinical skill
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
