Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex develops innovative medical devices used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We focus strategically on coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular and bone access, and large-bore closure solutions.
Our portfolio includes a broad range of clinically relevant products, such as the GuideLiner and Turnpike Catheters; the Orsiro Mission Drug-Eluting Stent; the PK Papyrus Covered Coronary Stent; the Ringer Perfusion Balloon Catheter; the Pulsar -18 T3 Self-Expanding Stent; Passeo Balloon Catheters; and the OnControl Powered Bone Access System.

Position Summary
Serve as the senior HR leader for the Interventional Global business unit, partnering with executive leadership to drive business performance through talent, organizational capability, workforce planning, culture, employee engagement, and leadership development. Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, translating business strategy into people strategy and driving execution.
Location: Maple Grove, MN (USA); Bulach (Switzerland); or another established company site. Final location to be determined based on business needs and candidate location.
Principal Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business Presidents, VPs, and functional leaders on strategic priorities.
Develop workforce and organizational strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead change management initiatives and organizational transformations.
Provide executive coaching and leadership support.
Talent Management & Succession
Drive talent reviews and succession planning.
Identify high-potential talent and leadership pipelines.
Lead performance management and leadership development programs.
Support executive hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Relations & Culture
Lead complex employee relations matters.
Ensure a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
Champion company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Support employee communications and organizational effectiveness.
Compensation & Rewards
Partner with compensation teams on salary structures and incentive programs.
Evaluate market competitiveness and retention risks.
Support annual compensation and performance review cycles.
HR Leadership
Lead and develop HR Business Partners and HR teams.
Ensure consistent HR practices across locations and functions.
Drive HR metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Manage regional or global HR projects.
Education / Experience Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within multinational organizations
Significant experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and leadership coaching
Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead change.
Experience managing teams across multiple countries and cultures
Strong commercial and business acumen
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $167,000 - $315,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
