SUMMARY: At Bluejack Ranch, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be growing our team with the addition of Assistant in Training / Player Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Assistant in Training / Player Services will help maintain all aspects of the golf operation's outside services: practice area, 1st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, and valet.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • PGA Associate
• Can do attitude with willingness to perform at a high level of service
• Excellent oral communications skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license

• High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

• Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, weekends and holidays and occasional evening functions.
