Textile & Print Designer - Spearhead the creation of innovative, original prints, patterns and graphic designs across our diverse product lines for Home Textiles.


What You'll be Doing:

  • Create unique print, pattern, and graphic artwork across multiple Own Brand product lines.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to continuously identify and analyze market trends, translating these insights into compelling design concepts.
  • Work with Design & Product Development to understand seasonal artwork work needs,
  • Aid in the creation of Style CADs for assortment presentation purposes.
  • Review all pattern strike-offs and handlooms for approval.
  • Format all artwork development for transmission into production ready Tech Packs, inclusive of color callouts, repeat and sizing.
  • Update and maintain in house print/pattern, sample and raw material library.
  • Maintain organized sample and submit files.
  • Participate in product reviews.
  • Assist in any related communication to cross-functional partners.
  • Establish and monitor the CAD process and calendar to ensure project deadlines.
  • Oversee the entire textile and print design process, from initial concept through final product, ensuring all revisions and approvals align with our high standards.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Textile or Surface Design, Home Textile Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in CAD design with emphasis in Textiles & Apparel preferred.
  • Expertise in design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong management, communicative, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the apparel retail industry.
  • Understanding of specific merchandising lines and core customer behavior.
  • Office computer skills; ability to learn company systems and tools, preference for Microsoft application experience.
