Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of our ERP, WMS, Webstore, WMS, CRM, and BI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Share in administration and maintenance of the ERP system, Prophet 21 (P21).
  • Administer and maintain the CRM and BI systems White Cup CRM and White Cup (WC) BI.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing system-related issues promptly.
  • Participate in the implementation of and then provide administration of the wireless warehouse system.
  • Share in performing regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems current and secure.
  • Support user acceptance testing and work in test environments to validate system changes, upgrades and migrations.
  • Test and implement new EDI integrations collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation.
  • Manage and maintain WC CRM and WC BI systems, including creating dashboards, reports, importing budgets, screen design changes and overall general system administration.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and configure systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and customize reports as requested using Power BI, WebQuery or White Cup BI.
  • Manage support ticket requests through Freshdesk, prioritizing issues and responding timely and accurately.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in administering business systems, preferably ERP, CRM, and BI platforms.
โ€ข Experience in report development using Power BI.
โ€ข Experience working with Prophet 21 is preferred.
โ€ข Experience working with CRM and BI tools.
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
โ€ข Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
