  • Coordinate external vendors, agencies, freelancers, printers, photographers, and other partners as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Experience developing marketing content and managing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Experience planning and coordinating tradeshows, events, or customer-facing programs.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, customer-focused content.
  • Ability to simplify complex products or solutions into practical customer benefits.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and digital marketing tools preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, Operations, and external partners.
