Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping operations by ensuring all linens, towels, and textiles are cleaned, processed, and delivered to departments in a timely manner. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles
  • Inspect all items for stains, tears, or excessive wear and report issues to management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room, equipment, and storage areas
  • Track linen usage and report shortages or inventory concerns
  • Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures
  • Assist with delivering clean linens to housekeeping or other departments as needed
  • Support deep-cleaning or special laundry projects during slower periods 

Requirements

  • Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry laundry bags or carts
  • Comfortable working around heat, humidity, and machinery
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
