This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as the primary operations officer of the Banking Center partnering closely with the Banking Center Manager to drive performance, develop talent, and deliver exceptional service every single day.

What You'll Do
Lead Operations with Confidence
  • Serve as the primary operational leader for the Banking Center
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and security controls
  • Oversee loss prevention related to cash items, overdrafts, and past-due credit
  • Review and act on daily account management and performance reports
  • Conduct monthly audits including cash audits, alarm testing, and camera reviews
  • Maintain strong controls over ATM, vault, branch capture, and teller systems

Deliver Outstanding Client Experiences
  • Provide consistently high-quality service to every client
  • Open personal and business depository accounts
  • Prepare, approve, and process loan and credit card requests within authority
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns, including via digital channels
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Partner with internal bankers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
