Testing Assistants often work closely with various teams such as development, quality assurance, and project management. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Testing Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Testing Assistant, you need attention to detail, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of testing protocols, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
