Job DescriptionThe Sous Chefs at La Posada play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for residents within our vibrant retirement community. Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll prepare high-quality meals with thoughtfully crafted menus across multiple dining venues, helping make every meal memorable. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. 

Schedule: Full Time| 10:30am -7:30pmPay Range: $25/hr - $27/hr

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

What will I do every day?

  • Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients andscratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
  • Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,equipment and supplies
  • Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
  • Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Train and develop new kitchen associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Be a high school graduate (preferred)
  • Have 3 years of professional culinary experience
