In deze functie draag je direct bij aan de ontwikkeling, evolutie en professionalisering van Testing binnen IS Life. Enerzijds neem je een team op sleeptouw en anderzijds werk je nauw samen met het management, team en project leads om onze visie te implementeren, onze maturiteit te versterken en om onze roadmap 2026 (en toekomstige) te ondersteunen en op te bouwen.
Deze functie is een essentiële pijler in het ondersteunen en versterken van de Testing -strategie van AG.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdaging?

  • Het begeleiden van een gemengd team (interne medewerkers, partners, contractuelen), hun expertise ontwikkelen en stimuleren om innovatieve ideeën aan te brengen.
  • Meewerken aan het uitwerken van een teststructuur en mindset binnen de processen en domeinen van IS Life.(Promoten van testing, opmaken van test strategieën, opstellen van richtlijnen, kwaliteitscontrole, permanente verbetering enz.)
  • Ondersteunen en verbeteren van testactiviteiten binnen IS Life, met een actieve bijdrage aan het beheer en de afstemming van praktijken. En dit in actieve samenwerking met het E2Etestingteam via deTestingCommunity.
  • Voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen aan bestaande Test Management-kaders (functioneel, non-regressie, API, E2E enz.).
  • Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van test en rapporteringtools en frameworks (OpenText ALM, OpenText UFT, Azure DevOps, TAF_API, TAF_PRO, PowerBI, enz.). En dit alles in samenwerking met het E2E-testing team.
  • Vlotte communicatie verzekeren met interne en externe stakeholders. (O.a. Non Life, EB, Health care, Program Management, …)
  • Actief ondersteuning aan de digitale transformatiestrategie van de IS Life-divisie.
  • Actief deelnemen aan degovernanceen de collectieve dynamiek van de IS Life-divisie en daarbuiten.
  • Obstakels voor levering identificeren en wegnemen, en tegelijk zorgen voor continue procesverbetering
Herken je jezelf hierin ?
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in IT.
  • Ruime expertise in het testen van softwareontwikkeling (testmanagement, testmethodologie, implementatie van teststrategieën, evaluatie van testinspanningen enz.)
  • Je bent vertrouwd met onderhandelen, budgetbeheer en communicatie met het IT- en Business-topmanagement in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
  • En je bent niet bang om verandering te brengen, nieuwe ideeën aan te reiken op het vlak van portfolio-/projectbeheer en teamdynamiek.
  • Uitstekende kennis van MS-Office tools.
  • Kennis van PowerBI en het certificaat ISTQB zijn een pluspunt.
