Job description

Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 annually in average on-target earnings. You get base pay + uncapped commission ($200 per closed account) + accelerators + weekly performance bonus. Strong six-figure earning potential for reps who hit target; top performers earn well beyond.

Employment type: Starts as a 30-day contract (1099). Reps who hit the bar are invited to convert to a full-time W-2 Account Executive role.

Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week

Work type: Remote

Location: United States

The Opportunity

AI is changing everything. Small businesses deserve to benefit.

The salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and local services that give every community its character are being left behind. They can’t afford big agencies, they don’t have time to learn new tools, and most technology isn’t built for them. Omada is.

We’ve built the product. We’ve built the demand engine. Now we need closers.

This isn’t a role where you grind for your own leads. Our Territory Development Partners are on the ground every day booking qualified demos with real small-business owners — and handing them to you. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get on the call, build trust fast, and close.

We’re hiring our founding sales team. The reps who join now don’t just take a seat — they help define how we sell, and they’re first in line as we scale. If you’re a closer who’s tired of splitting your week between prospecting and pipeline hygiene and just wants to close, this is built for you.

What you’ll do
  • Run demo appointments booked for you by our Territory Development Partners — warm, qualified, and expecting your call

  • Build rapport with small-business owners, understand what they’re trying to grow, and show them how Omada gets them there

  • Handle objections, create urgency, and close on the call — including collecting payment upfront

  • Hit a weekly close target (this is a high-velocity, transactional motion — short cycles, real volume)

  • Help shape the playbook the rest of the team will run

Who crushes this role

You’re a closer, not a prospector — and proud of it. You light up at a full calendar and a scoreboard. Specifically, you probably:

  • Have a track record of closing, ideally in a high-velocity, one-call or short-cycle environment

  • Have sold to small-business owners before — you speak plainly, move fast, and connect with a salon or gym owner as easily as anyone

  • Are money-motivated — you want a plan that pays you more the harder you push, not a big stable base to hide behind

  • Are comfortable asking for the sale and the payment without flinching

  • Have thick skin, high energy, and a metabolism for activity — you’d rather run ten demos than agonize over one

The proving period — straight talk

We believe in earning the seat. Everyone starts on a 30-day contract so both sides can make sure it’s a fit. You’ll get the training, the appointments, and the support to succeed — and a clear, defined target to hit. Reps who hit it are invited to convert to a full-time W-2 Account Executive role with full base and founding-team standing.

We’re upfront about this because we want people who want the challenge — not a soft landing. If you can close, you’ll know it fast, and so will we.

Where this can take you

We’re building something big, and we promote from within. This is the founding sales team at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the country — the ground floor. The people who help us build the engine now are the ones who lead it later.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated closing experience and a track record of hitting targets

  • Comfortable closing over phone/video and asking for payment on the call

  • Strong, fast communicator who builds trust quickly

  • Self-motivated and energized by a performance-based comp plan

  • Must reside in the United States

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Bonus: experience selling to small-business owners; SMB SaaS or local marketing/advertising background
