Job description

Territory Overview:
  • Must reside within Florida; South Florida preferred.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings. 1-2 overnights on average per week.

Position Summary:
The Practice Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management and consumable sales in the assigned territory. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing all account management activities related to the sale, onboarding, and utilization of Cutera's key core devices, with high accountability for achieving territory utilization quotas and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for consumables.
  • Providing training, presentations, and demonstrations to the customer on the application and use of the company's products using effective communication and sales techniques
  • Engage and drive accounts to grow existing business and generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
  • Analyze practice readiness and customize activities to maximize utilization and profitable revenue.
  • Ongoing customer education regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Cutera products and how they fulfill the customer's needs.
  • Educating and supporting customers with marketing, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies, including in-office marketing events, website reviews, and promotions.
  • Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows in collaboration with internal partners within the territory.
  • Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service.
  • Completing administrative responsibilities, including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, up-to-date territory account profiles, and customer database. Manage day-to-day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products
  • Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Optimize selling time and results by developing and following account plans.
  • Identify, target, and close new, high-quality accounts.
  • Execute staff onboarding and development training.
  • Demonstrate the value of new/additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a field-based marketing or sales role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or the medical device industry.
  • Ability to use word processing, database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees.
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration and ensure high customer/patient satisfaction.
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and follow-up.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups. Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Company products using professional selling and closing skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
  • Valid Driver's License
