Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Technical Director/JDDE Lead serves as the senior technical expert for Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) and Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt) programs. This role provides leadership and expertise across distribution governance, policy, and process improvement initiatives.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead contractor support to the Marine Corps' Deputy Commandant, Installations & Logistics' (DC I&L) JDDE and JLEnt program activities.
  • Provide SME expertise on the Defense Transportation System, Air Mobility Operations, Sealift Support Operations, Joint Terminal Operations, and distribution at tactical, operational, strategic, and enterprise levels.
  • Provide analysis and assessment of distribution process improvements.
  • Support development of theater distribution architecture with the Joint Staff, US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), and other Services.
  • Prepare and review policy guidance, briefings, letters, and memorandums related to JDDE/JLEnt programs.
  • Respond to queries and initiatives from field activities, DOD, OSD, Joint Staff, and USTRANSCOM.
  • Assist in providing oversight of Marine Corps policies and manuals related to distribution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years of DOW distribution, transportation, or Joint logistics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with JDDE governance and USTRANSCOM coordination.
  • Strong writing and briefing skills for senior DOW audiences.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • TS/SCI Preferred
