Location: Loup City, Nebraska - Direct Placement

Compensation: $40-$45 Plus Per diem if eligible

Schedule: Full‑time

Travel: Required for active solar project sites

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join a high‑performing solar construction team supporting large‑scale, ground‑mount solar installations. This is a hands‑on field role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives outdoors, and is ready for long‑term project travel within the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, terminate, and test electrical equipment for utility‑scale solar arrays
  • Perform conduit runs, wiring, combiner box installation, and inverter terminations
  • Interpret electrical drawings, one‑lines, and site plans with accuracy
  • Support commissioning teams and troubleshoot electrical or system issues
  • Ensure all work meets NEC, site safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with site leadership, electricians, and solar installation crews
  • Travel between active project sites as needed to support ongoing builds
