Hire Date: Interviewing now for positions starting immediately

Compensation: Hourly Pay Based on skills and Experience ***Hourly starting rate between $20 and $25 per hour based on experience and presentability in personal interview (some project specific bonuses may be available from time to time at management discretion)

Training available if applicable: Electrical apprentice level electrical skills and relevant hands on commercial solar electrical experience

Availability: Immediately

Bonus: After 90 days on the job (from original hire date) SunRenu offers a $500 bonus for achieving full time employment status

Health Benefits: Health Benefits will be offered to full time employees after 90 days

401K Program: SunRenu will offer this to all full-time employees and includes some company matching contributions

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday (Some weekend work from time to time)

Position Description: SunRenu Solar, LLC is looking for qualified individuals for placement immediately in the field for general electrical work, solar installation, and service work. Apprentice level electrical experience in the solar industry is a plus and overall general electrical and solar installation/service experience will be considered for this position as well. Our core company culture requires a positive attitude and above industry quality work product, OSHA level safety practices, good communication (cell phone/e-mail) to uplink and other employees, organizational skills, respectful interaction with every personal encounter made while on the job, professional and punctual hard work ethics will be rewarded.

Basic Tools of the Trade suggested: Reliable transportation, Electrical tools, commissioning tools are a plus, basic tools, steel toe boots, sun protection

Optimal Job Skills:

1. Compliance with Company Safety Policy and safe working habits, compliance with Drug Free Workplace Policy

2. Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with Company and clients

3. High volume work while still maintaining quality results

4. Skills requested - Light electrical, conduit bends, wire pulls, inverter mounting and installation, some SES knowledge, Interconnection and commission, utility management, code knowledge, plan review, permitting, inspections, procurement, trouble shooting, communications and networks. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit. Splice wire by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps. Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment. Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels. Connect power cables to equipment and install grounding leads. Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components. Remove or repair faulty equipment or systems. Solar racking and heavy equipment experience.

5. Desired Technology Skills; Basic computer skills, e-mail proficient, Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail management, proficient with Cell phone technology.

6. Excellent communication to uplink, e-mail responsiveness, and phones

Description of Work Environment:

These essential job functions will be completed in the Field with direct reporting to the Site Forman in the Field. The Company will train the person in this position and will provide ongoing support.

Workers must dress in an appropriate manner for the field that includes safety and the Company uniform. Workers must engage coworkers, vendors, and client base in a professional manner at all times. The workers are required to bring their own tools (within reason) to accomplish their tasks and The Company will supply some work shirts and some basic safety supplies. The expectation is to be on time for work based on the Company and always communicate any issues concerning this in advance.
