We are seeking a motivated Solar Apprentice Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed electricians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed electricians with the installation of solar PV systems:
    • Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems
    • Connecting electrical components.
    • Inverters, wiring, and panels
    • Switches, circuit breakers, CTs, PTs, transformer installations
    • Terminations, relay, and communications
    • Cable pulling
  • Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure safe work practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar systems under supervision.
  • Help troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite and inventory of materials.
