Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Solar Panel Installer with experience in electrical

connections to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, performing electrical connections, and providing

exceptional service at customer locations.

No formal solar certification is required—we value practical experience, a strong work ethic, and

the willingness to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial solar panel systems.
  • Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar PV installations.
  • Mount solar panels, racking systems, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation or electrical issues.
  • Read and interpret installation drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and company standards.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.


Qualifications

  • Experience installing solar panel systems preferred.
  • Experience with electrical wiring and electrical connections.
