JOB DESCRIPTION:
1). Answering and re-routing phone calls at the receptionist desk;
2). Receiving, sorting and sending mail and packages via USPS and FDOT's courier services;
3). Receiving guests or the public at the receptionist desk;
4). Filing letters and documents; assisting with scanning FDOT documents filing and archiving, and other related duties as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
