Physical Therapist Opportunity In Beaver Dam, WI

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Beaver Dam, WI. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Wisconsin state license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and treating adults with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative care, and functional mobility deficits preferred.
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and document per clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Professional communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
