Western States is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our growth to join our expanding team. We don’t just offer a job; we offer a career. With five production facilities, we provide the manufacturing backbone you need to deliver excellence to your clients every day. 

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and driving revenue growth in Label and Envelope Sales. You will be key in expanding our market presence and contributing to our continued success. We'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

• Local: You currently reside in the Milwaukee metro area and are looking to relocate elsewhere. 
• Geographically Flexible: You are ready to leverage your Milwaukee training to assume leadership over an existing territory out of state, and understand this position does require relocation.
• Driven: You have a "hunter" mentality and a desire to build a lucrative career in outside sales.
• Relatable: You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• The Launchpad: Start with a base salary, dependent upon experience, while you learn the industry.
• The Training: A comprehensive, 6-month hands-on mentorship program at our Corporate HQ (Milwaukee area) to turn you into a subject matter expert ready to relocate to your own territory outside of the Milwaukee area. 
• The Upside: After Training, start at base salary plus commission. Then transition to a commission structure with uncapped earnings potential.
• The Goal: Our high performers typically double their starting salary within the first three years. Identify new business opportunities in Label and Envelope sales, manage your own accounts, and drive revenue growth in a recession-resistant industry.

• Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory. Your territory is within the greater metro area; you'll be in your car during the business day and home in the evenings.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings.
• Present, demonstrate, and become a subject matter expert for our existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Build and price quotations for customer orders.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with our production facilities to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

• We invest in your training with a comprehensive 6-month, hands-on training program at our Corporate HQ located just outside of Milwaukee. Upon completion of our training program, you will become a Sales Professional, essentially the 'CEO' of your territory.
