What are Trader Trainees?

Trader Trainees are entry-level professionals who are learning the fundamentals of financial trading, typically within investment banks, trading firms, or asset management companies. The goal of a trader trainee program is to provide hands-on experience and training in financial markets, risk management, and trading strategies. Over time, trader trainees develop the skills needed to become independent traders or analysts within their organization.
