Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time outpatient role in The Villages, FL. The Director will recruit and train therapy staff, develop and implement therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, coordinate rehabilitation services across the clinic, and ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance. This opening is for a Physical Therapy Manager only.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. PT degree required.
  • Active Florida PT license required to start.
  • Experience in an outpatient setting required.
  • Proven leadership or management experience supervising therapy staff.
  • Experience developing clinical programs, quality initiatives, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with clinician recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements for outpatient therapy services.
  • Ability to manage scheduling, productivity expectations, and caseload oversight.
