Recruiting Coordinator

  • Topeka, KS
  • Hybrid, in plant 2 days per week
  • Food Manufacturing
  • Temporary, 8+ weeks


What you should know: Mulberry is the proud partner of our longtime client, a high-profile food manufacturing company with plants located across the United States. Our client is looking to hire immediately! This role will work alongside the Recruiting team based in in Topeka, KS also supporting the location in Halifax, NC. You will enjoy a hybrid schedule working in office two days per week. This is a great opportunity to build your network while using your skills in sourcing, screening and overall recruitment coordination functions. If you are bilingual in English and Spanish – you will stand out!


A day in the life:

  • Establish and maintain regular communication with the Recruiting Specialist based in KS who also supports NC hiring.
  • Utilize ATS and HRIS systems tracking incoming candidates, job postings and more.
  • Maintain job postings and advertising for both locations
  • Source qualified candidates for both locations
  • Conduct initial screens under direction of the Recruiting Specialist
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Support offer letters, pre-employment screening, reference checks, and onboarding activities
  • Administrative support and special project as needed for Recruiting team

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 1+ year experience supporting Recruiting teams
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS applications along with basic PC skills
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
