Graduate Assistant (Counseling Department Admin Support)

Responsibilities:

  • Create fillable PDF documents  
  • Assist ASM with PhD and MA residency resources, check-in, setup, and clean-up
  • File (digital), print, and copy documents for the office
  • Support faculty with PowerPoints, research, and other duties
  • Serve as receptionist for both counseling suites

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate student in the School of Psychology & Counseling
  • Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision 
  • Experience in an office environment preferred 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team 
  • Must be available 20 hours per week between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
