Temporary Summer Help- Athletic Track Installer

As an Athletic Track Installer, you’ll support the installation of synthetic track systems. The role is physical, hands-on, and requires teamwork, travel, and strong attention to detail. You’ll work under experienced leads and help us deliver quality work safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prep and install synthetic track surfaces following project specs and safety standards
• Operate hand and power tools to clean, level, and prepare track base and surfacing
• Assist in mixing and applying materials like rubber granules and coatings
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials on site
• Maintain clean and safe work zones in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications and Experience:
• Prior experience in construction, paving, landscaping, or athletic surface installation preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools usage
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license
Physical and Travel Requirements:
• Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions including heat and humidity
• Capable of standing, kneeling, squatting, and bending for extended periods
• Must be prepared for frequent travel that can last for extended periods (GeoSurfaces covers hotel and daily per diem during travel).
• Reliable transportation to meet the crew or job site
