Emerald High School Varsity Girls Tennis Coach

Emerald High School is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Varsity Girls Tennis Coach for the 20262027 school year. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will foster a positive, competitive environment and support the growth and development of student-athletes both on and off the court.

Position: Varsity Girls Tennis Coach

School Year: 20262027


Qualifications:

  • Prior coaching or competitive tennis experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals, rules, and strategies of tennis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success
  • Must meet all coaching certification requirements as set by SCHSL and Greenwood School District 50

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct practices, conditioning, and skill development sessions
  • Manage all aspects of team supervision, equipment, and transportation
  • Coordinate match schedules and logistics with the athletic department
  • Ensure compliance with all district, school, and SCHSL policies
  • Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes
