CCS is currently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support large-scale deployment projects within our growing healthcare sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in building experience within the IT industry.
In this role, you'll provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
What You'll Do
  • Generate team schedules and coordinate field service activities
  • Create sign-off documentation and project closeout materials
  • Provide project status reporting and updates
  • Maintain and update service databases and asset management systems
  • Create, manage, and close support tickets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage inbound support requests and ticket queues
  • Provide coverage and support for team members as needed
  • Assist with daily project operations and administrative tasks
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
