Job description

Project Attorney - Tax & Estate Planning (Temporary, Remote)
We are seeking a Project Attorney to support a Tax and Estate Planning practice on a temporary, hourly basis. This role offers an open ended duration and is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible, project based work.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents
  • Support income tax, estate, and gift tax planning matters
  • Assist with trust and estate administration
  • Provide support on business succession planning matters
Requirements
  • 3+ years of tax and estate planning experience
  • Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing required
  • Ability to attend onsite training in Pittsburgh, PA
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work Arrangement & Compensation
  • Initial training will take place onsite in Pittsburgh; role will be remote thereafter
  • $65-$75 per hour (W2), paid for time worked
